If there are no cliffs around, prepare for a slog. The most effective way to kill 90% of enemies is to kick them off of cliffs. When there is, you can just crouch in a shadow and murder everything with impunity. If you go stealth build, most of the time it's pointless because there's often nowhere to hide.
